To this beautiful photoshoot, I added a soft but shaping light.
The advantage of working in my studio is that I can adjust the light exactly the way I want it. When my client asked if we still had time to shoot the silk scarves she brought in – which, by the way , were created in a beautiful collaboration with Sri Lankan artisans – it only took five minutes to rearrange the lights and change the background from sleek black to bright white. Now the colours really stand out!
This shoot was a really fun and productive collaboration between women. Nelli did great makeup, and Jenna was a wonderful model. Cyraine, owner and designer of Aistikas Korut, was there all day and enriched the atmosphere with her lovely personality.
This is my favourite kind of work – working with women who are also working towards their dreams.
In April 2025 I was searching for a photographer to do a photoshoot of a new collection of jewellery I had planned for Aistikas Korut. I was incredibly lucky to find Viktoria Viik. Her portfolio of portraits was very good and I felt sure she would be able to show my new statement earrings in exactly the way I wanted. It was very easy to contact her through her website and discuss everything. She also helped me find an excellent stylist, a perfect model and put together a superb team. We had the photoshoot in July, when the jewellery was ready. Viktoria was very professional – making sure that every detail was perfect in each item she photographed.
