Is there anything more wonderful than the moment when you can see yourself in a new light, beautiful, confident and radiant? The star of this stunning portrait shoot was a charming Finnish woman, with whom I spent a fun and relaxed moment at my home studio in Hämeenlinna, Finland. When she saw the end result, she was amazed: “I look my best!” What could be a more wonderful feedback?

How does light create magic?

Light is the heart of portraiture, and this time we created a soft, flattering lighting environment that enhanced the natural beauty of the model. The light caressed the facial features and brought out the sparkle in the eyes, like a little kiss from the light.

Portraiture is more than just a picture
