Red light highlighted make-up and style

We chose a red light for the shoot, which supported both the makeup tones and the red top the model was wearing. This choice created a strong mood and brought out the intense colours of the make-up. This technique gave a whole new dimension to this stylish photoshoot we did in Hämeenlinna.

The white background brought out the colours

We also took pictures with a bright, backlit white background. This way we made the makeup colours shine and the skin tone glow. This was a particularly effective way to highlight the model’s iconic makeup style and give the images a fresh, professional look.

Darker pictures brought drama

We wanted variety in the images, so we also added darker and more atmospheric lighting. Shadows and contrasts gave the images depth and created a strong look. This made the stylish photoshoot in Hämeenlinna even more versatile and engaging.

The black background image was the model’s favourite

Among the photos, there was one particular shot that stood out for the model. Shot against a black background, it was her favourite, as it brought out the make-up and facial features in a strong way. The elegant photo shoot in Hämeenlinna had a variety of different moods, but this classic and dramatic shot stood out.
